Do you ever wonder how that 5 or 10 pounds or so creeped up on you?  It could be that you are rushing through your food and not enjoying each bite.  Food, especially well-made food with quality ingredients, is meant to be savored, thought about in length, and thoroughly enjoyed.  Although I myself have been aware of this knowledge for quite some time, I still find myself sometimes slipping despite the fact that I love to prepare dishes/cook/chef etc.  It’s funny, because, although I’m in my head a lot, I very much appreciate and can tune into my senses when …
